All metals, including precious metals, can tarnish and oxidise over time. Metals can be dulled or darkened by some perfumes, skin lotions and by the oils in skin. Caring for Sterling Silver jewellery is easy if you follow the steps below.

Try to remove your Silver jewellery before swimming and bathing, avoid chlorine and harsh chemicals and clean it from time to time with a soft polishing cloth, or warm soapy water. When not being worn, it’s best stored in a box, or wrapped in a soft cloth.

If you are ordering your Silver jewellery well in advance of giving, please remove it from the gift box and store it in an airtight bag, to keep it looking its best for presenting.

Sterling Silver jewellery is fragile and should be handled with care. Repeated bending and adjusting can weaken the jewellery and cause it to break, therefore please keep adjustments to a minimum. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by repeating bending.
